Shipments

Should the order be accepted, Felin di Federica Parmeggiani will ship the products to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form via express courier. For deliveries in Italy, GLS, TNT, Poste Italiane, or Bartolini are used, while for shipments to Europe and the rest of the world, UPS/DHL are employed.

Confirmation of shipment will be sent via email within ten business days or, in any case, from the second business day following payment verification.

Delivery times vary according to destination: products are typically delivered within 24/48 hours from shipment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) within Italy; within 72 hours for islands or remote areas; from 2 to 5 days in European countries; within 72 hours for non-EU countries. The indicated times are approximate and not binding: any delays attributable to the courier cannot be charged to Felin di Federica Parmeggiani.

The delivery date coincides with the first delivery attempt at the provided address, even in the event of the recipient's absence or refusal. If the Customer does not collect the package within 5 business days from its deposit at the courier's warehouses, the order will be canceled and Felin di Federica Parmeggiani will be entitled to compensation for damages.

Unless otherwise indicated by Customer Service, delivery is understood to be "at street level."

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify:
- that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the document provided by the courier;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or tampered with.

Any anomalies must be immediately reported to the courier and communicated to Felin di Federica Parmeggiani within 8 days of delivery. Once the transport document has been signed, it will no longer be possible to dispute any external discrepancies (Art. 1698 of the Civil Code).

SHIPPING
Shipments to Italy, San Marino, and Vatican City are carried out via GLS, SDA, DHL, UPS, TNT, or BRT at a fixed cost of €6. For shipments to islands and remote areas, a supplement of €5 per product applies.

For EU and non-EU countries, shipping and return costs are borne by the Customer. The countries served by Felin di Federica Parmeggiani are divided as follows:

• EUROPE Zone 1 – Shipping €17 / Returns €17
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Wales, Germany, England, Northern Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, Spain (including Balearic Islands), Scotland, Sweden, Republic of Ireland.

• EUROPE Zone 2 – Shipping €17 / Returns €17
Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Slovenia, Bulgaria.

• EUROPE Zone 3 – Shipping €22 / Returns €22
Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Spain – Canary Islands.

• EUROPE Zone 4 – Shipping €56 / Returns €56

• WORLD B – Shipping €50 / Returns €50

The total shipping cost is always visible in the "Cart" section before completing the order. Costs may vary based on the chosen payment method, weight, and quantity of purchased products.

Felin di Federica Parmeggiani reserves the right to update shipping costs; any increases will be communicated to the Customer before shipment, which will only be carried out upon acceptance of the new conditions.
